Privacy Policy
Effective September 5, 2026. This is GDPR and LGPD groundwork, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel before launch.
What we collect
We collect account and profile details, trainer-client relationships, programs, workout and nutrition logs, progress measurements and photos, messages, bookings, preferences, and technical records needed to secure the service. Payment-card details stay with Stripe.
Why we use it
We process data to provide the service you request, secure accounts, support trainer-client collaboration, meet legal duties, and improve Quettafit with your consent where consent is required.
Health-related data
Fitness, nutrition, measurement, and progress data are access-controlled separately from marketing preferences. They are visible only to you, authorized linked coaches where applicable, and trusted processors needed to operate the service.
Legal bases and consent
Depending on where you live, processing relies on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or explicit consent. Optional analytics and marketing are off unless you choose them. You can withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and international transfers
We use vetted providers for hosting, authentication, email, payments, and service operations. Data may be processed outside your country with contractual and technical safeguards required by GDPR, LGPD, and applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. Account deletion removes personal content and identity. Limited transaction facts may be anonymized and retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or information about sharing. Use the in-app privacy center or contact us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security and minors
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted storage, monitoring, and content screening. No system is risk-free. Quettafit is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it, without valid guardian authorization.
